St. Lucite and Charlotte Counties, Florida; securities and cash on deposit in various
banking institutions situated in Dade County, Florida; having an approximate
value of $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth
in paragraph 8.. '
8. The original of the decedent's last will. dated June 6,
19 78 and witnessed by Mary Jane Iss, Linda Sama and Wm. E. Moschell,
is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will lie admitted to probate and that
_ JOAN LAYCHAK HAWRELUK _ he appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
