PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JOHN A. ROSCHMAN, individually and as trustee, the
holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPl~lENT
CORPQRATION, a Florida corporation to JOHN A. ROSCHMAN, as, -
trustee, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official
Records Book 300, page 2107, etc., public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this day of January, 1980, releases from the lien of
that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment
No. 423, and an undivided 1/31 share in those common '
elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and
subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions,
terms and other provisions of that Declaration of
- Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records Book 324, page 1952, etc. ,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
all amendments thereto recorded in the said public records,
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining
part of the property described in that mortgage. .
