PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida. corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated .December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to hiiry paid, r p of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this day of 1980,- releases from the lien of
that mortgage, the r 1 property that County described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 823
and an undivided 1/31 share~in those common elements appurtenant
thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declara-
tion of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records Book 324, Page 1952, and as amended
in Official Records Book- 324, Page 2019, all in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of
the property described in that mortgage.
