PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMS J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie Co ty, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, c t of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this ~~day of , 1980, releases from the lien of
that mor gage, the r a propert in that County described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 325
and an undivided 1/31 share in those common elements appurtenant
thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declara-
tion of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Records Book 324, Page 1952, and as amended
in Official Records Book 324, Page 2019, all in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of
the property described in that mortgage.
