THIS MATTER having come on for hearing upon the Husband's
Motion for Rehearing and the Wife's Traverse to said Motion as
well as the Wife's Motion to Tax Expert Witness Fees, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Husband's Motion for Rehearing is denied.
2. That the Wife's attorney is awarded a reasonable
fee for services rendered at this hearing in the amount of $50.00
~I for all of which let execution issue.
3. The t~ife's Motion to Tax Expert Witness Fees
against the Husband is denied.
