CASE N0: 79-832-FR In Re: The Marriage Of: JAMES MICHAEL GETTINGS, Husband, and AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE MARY L GETTINGS, Wife. This cause came on for trial on this 13th day of February 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of Husband and fife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JAMES MICHAEL GETTINGS and MARY L GETTINGS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of o~atri~~xny i~eretofore existiny between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement entered into evidence by the Husband as i Exhibit 1 is hereby incorporated by reference into this Amended Final i ~ Judgment and the parties are ordered to abide by it. ~ 3. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor child of the parties is hereby e ~ awarded to the Wife subject to the visitation provisions outlined in the i ~ Separation and Property Settlement Agreement. ~ 4. SUPPORT: The Husband is ordered to pay child support as outlined ~ in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement for support of the minor child (75.00 per week to June, 1980; $50.00 thereafter). The first payment shall be due February 15, 1980. All payments are to be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court together with the Clerk's filing fee, cash or certified check.
