IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that GENE A. JACKSON
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the F~~t

and is, as of this date February 29, 1980 , in arrears $180.00 in-~
cluding an old arrearage balance of $ 4,939.50 plus Court Costs of S13.00
for a TOTAL of $5,132.50.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $4,939.50
arrearage at the rate of $ 10.00 per week, each and every week coimnencing
March 4, 1980 (TuesdaX).These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 30.00
per week support payments provided for above, making a total payment of
$40.00 per week, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be
made in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent GENE A. JACKSON
does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon
' written affidavit of the Petitioner to serve SIXTY ( 60) days in the St. Lucie
County jail. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the current arrears of $180.00 and $13.00 Court costs

are to be paid in one month, or by March 28th, 1980 to further purge himself from
incarceration fn the St. Lucie County Jail.
