BEFORE ME,the undersigned authority,personally
appeared JACKIE NARTMAN who,being duly sworn,says that
she is a partner of the lienor,SOUND IMAGE ADVERTISING,
a partnership,the address of which is 201 SW Monterey Rd.,
Stuart,Florida 33494,and that in pursuance of a contract
with ISLAND PARTNERS,INC.,a Florida Corporation and d/b/a
ISLAND BEACH CLUB,the lienor provided services of advert-
ising the real property and improvements thereon to increase
the salability thereof as condominium units,of a total value
of $13,181.68 of which there remains unpaid the sum of
$10,181.68,for which a lien is claimed on the following
described improvements and real property located in St.
Lucie County,Florida:
Start at the Northwest corner of Government
Lot 1,Section 2,Township 37 South,Range 41

extention thereof,a distance of 2124.84 feet;

on December 30,1979. She further states that all firms and
persons who have furnished any materials,labor or services
incident to the lienor's direct contract with the owner,
have been paid in full.
