Beginning at a point on the Section line betweP~ Fractional Sections 4
and 5, 4bwnship 36 South, Range 41 East, at a distance of 2,889.8 feet
measured along said Section line, from the Section corner oam,roo to
Fractional Sections 4, 5, 8 and 9, of the aforesaid 4bwnship and Range;
thence run west, parallel with the South line of said Fractional Section
5, to the Indian River; thence Northerly, mean8ering the shore line of
said Indian River, to the North line of said 4bMmship 36 South, of Range
41 East; thence East alrng said 7bwnship Line, to the share line of the
Atlantic Ocean; then Southeasterly, along said shore line of the Atlantic
Ocean to a point where a line projected East from the paint of beginning,
parallel with the South line of said Fractional Section 4, intersects said
shore line of the Atlantic Ocean; thence West parallel with said South
line of said Fractional Section 4 to the point of beginning; together with
riparian rights, if any. •
LESS and accepting,- however, the following highway right of way lands for
State Road AlA, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

feet of said Section 5; said strip of land lying each side of and within
50 feet of the Baseline of Survey according to the right of way Map of
Section 9405-107, State Road AlA, as filed in Map Book 1, Pages 32, 33,
34 and 35, in the office of the Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida, a
part of said Baseline being more particularly described as~follows:
Beginning at a point on the East-West quarter Section line of Section 5,•
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, said point being 89.03 feet West of
the East quarter o~rner of said Section 5;• thence run N 22 degrees 37'
23" W, a distance of 8,354.71 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence on
said curve to the left having a central angle of 6 degrees 48' 07" and a
radius of 11,459.20 feet, a distance of 1,360.39 feet to the end of said
curve; thence run N 29 degrees 25' 30" W, a distance of 2,336.80 feet to
the North line of, and 350.57 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
Southwest quarter of Section 29, Zb~anship 35 South, Range 41 East.
Lands and property lying in and being part of Fractional Sections 4 and~5,
Zbamship 3fi South, Range 41 East, in St. Lucie County, Florida, in that
part thereof designated as Hutchinson Island, and more particularly
described as follows; t,o-wit: -
(1) Stott at a point where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean in Section
9, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, intersects
a line that is 4,311.85 feet North of and parallel to the South line of
Section 5, 4bwnship 36 South, Range 41 East, for a POIN2 OF BDGINNIIVG;
thence run N 89° 38' 18" West along said parallel line to the East line
of said Section 5 a distance of 146.48 feet rrnre•or less; thence continue
to run North 89° 38' 18" West a distance of 1,434.22 feet: to the center-
line of Little Mud Creek; thence traversing the centerline of Little Mud
Creek run South 51° 18' West a distance of 134 feet; thence run South
54° 44' West a distance of 152~feet; thence run South 75° 37' West a
distance of 208 feet; thence run North a distance of 130 feet mare or less
to the Easterly shore of the Indian River; thence meander said shoreline
Northerly to the North line of the aforesaid Section 5; thence run South
89° 38' 16" East along the North line of said Section 5 a distance of
2,003.2 feet more or less to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence
meander said shoreline Southeasterly a distance of 1,590.55 feet rrnre or
less to the POIN'P ~F BDGINNING. DJQ.i1DING all riparian and littoral
rights appertaining thereto; and also,
(2) Start at a point where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean in Section 4,
Zbwnship 36 South, Range 91 East, St. Lucie Cainty, Florida, intersects a
line that is 4,311.95 feet North of and parallel to the South line of
Sectirn 5, Zbwnship 36 South, Range 41 East, for a point of beginning;
