the surviving sister and sole heir at law of the decedent. Her
name and address is as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name of
her attorney is as set forth at the end of this petition. ~
2. Decedent, LOUIS C. JOHNSON, whose last known address
was 4305 Avenue J, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, died
on May 19, 1979 at Buffalo, Erie County, New York, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
