77th Street, Los Angeles, California, my furniture and all other personal
property, share and share alike. I purposely have failed to designate f
which personal property goes to which devisee. I have done this in order
to permit each devisee to pick those items that she most desires, knowing
that they will keep within the spirit of this gift.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue
of my entire estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatever kind or
character, and wheresoever situated, of which I die possessed, or to which
I may at the tir:e of my death have the power of appointment, including all
lapsed and failed legacies and devises, together with any increases and
accretions that roay arise up to the time of distribution, to ISADORA MOORE

FIFTH: If any person other than herein c?entioned be .
found to have a legal interest in my estate., then I give to him or to her
