10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked wills
or codicils of decedent.
11. The 1971 Buick heretofore listed in the Inventory is of no value
and has heretofore been disposed of as dunk by the Petitioners herein.
Petitioners request that an order of summary administration be entered directing distribution
of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the foregoing and the facts alleged
are true, to the best of our knowledge and belief.
