PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF
GUARDIAN OF THE PROPERTY
TO ONE OF THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Your Petitioners, ALBERT J. PIERCE and RUTH E.
PIERCE, of Rt. 1, Box 346, Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida;
and MARVIN SAMMONS, Rt. 1, Box 375 ,Huber Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida respectfully represent unto the Court:
• (1) That your Petitioners, ALBERT J. PIERCE and
RUTH E. PIERCE, are the natural parents and guardians of
RUTH ELLEN PIERCE, a minor, That the remaining Petitioner,
1NARVIt3 SAMMONS, is a cousin of RUTH ELLEN PIERCE, a minor.
• (2) That there is real property located in
Saint Lucie County, Florida,. title to which is held by your
Petitioners, ALBERT J. PIERCE and RUTH E. PIERCE, and RUTH
ELLEN PIERCE, a minor. A copy of the Deed to the prcgerty
is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(3) The Petitioners, ALBE:2T J. PIERCE and RUTH
E. PIERCE, are desirous of selling said property, and moving
back to Delaware.
(4) That said title was placed in the names of the
the Petitioners, ALBERT J. PIERCE and RUTH E. PIERCE, and
RUTH ELLEy PIERC::, a minor, and primarily to assure that the
child would have a home, should anything happen to your Petitioners,
her natural parents and guardians.
(5) That RUTH ELLEN PIERCE,, a minor, having been
born on April 25, 1467, being twelve (12) years of age, and
whose residence is Rt. 1, Box 346, Palm Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, is incompetent by reason of minority, to-wit:
being less than eighteen (18) years of age.
