(6) The approximate value of one-third interest in
the real estate of the minor is Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000).
(7) The Petitioners, ALBERT J. PIERCE and RUTH E.
PIERCE, being the natural parents and guardians of the minor
child, RUTH ELLEN PIERCE, do hereby concur, consent and join in
this Petition.
(8) Petitioner, MARVIN SAMMONS, who was sought
hereby to be~appointed as Guardian of the Property of the
said Minor, is qualified to act as a Guardian under the provi-
sions of the Florida Statutes in that he is a resident of
Florida, sui juris, and has not been guilty of any acts which
would disqualify him from serving in such capacity.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioners request that MARVIN
SAMMONS be appointed as Guardian of the Property of RUTH ELLEN
PIERCE, a minor, and that this Petition be recorded among the
records of this Court.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our knowledge and belief.
