lliat the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of

the said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to said Pai-ty(s) of the Second Part, heirs and

according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded
in Official Records Book 321, Pages 2609 through 2688 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as amended in
Official Records Book 325, Page 1487 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
`This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of
the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
- 1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, Iir~~itations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record.

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties
hereto. The Grantor does hereby ful-iy warrant the title to all the premises hereby
conveyed against all and every person(s) H~ho~nsoever, lawfully claiming by, through
or under the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through or wider the said Grantor, as well as the lawful
claims of all persons ~~i~omsoever.
