Court and the Court having considered the evidence presented,'
the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised
in. the premises, finds and determines as follows:
1. That the Defendant ALLEN R. HARVEY, SR.,
is indebted to the Plaintiff in the amount

of $ 8,600.83
2. That the Defendant ALLEN R. HARVEY, SR.
should pay to-the Plaintiff its Court costs
incurred in connection with this matter, which the Court
finds to be $34.00
IT IS THEREUPON
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That the Plaintiff have and recover from the Defendant
ALLEN R. HARVEY, SR., the sum
of $ 8,634.83 for which let execution issue. This Judgment
shall bear interest from the date hereof at the rate of 8%
per annum. '
