BUSINESS LEASE
THIS AGREEMEt1T, entered into this ° day of L 7, f' ,
19~, between FLEET SERVICES, IttC. , a Florida corporation, here-
inafter called the Lessor, party of the first part, and PAUL
MARTIN'S FURNITURE, INC., of the County of St. Lucie and State

of Florida, hereinafter called the Lessee or Tenant, party of l

the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the Lessor does this day lease unto said Lessee, and
said Lessee does hereby hire and. take as tenant under said Lessor,
the land and improvements located at 4801 South Federal Highway.,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, a better description
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by this reference incorporated i
herein as if set out in full, to be used apd occupied by the
Lessee as a furniture showroom, warehouse, sales outlet, and
re]ated office.functions, and for no other purposes or uses what-
soever for the term of eight (8) years (96 months), beginning the
first day of yovember, 1979, and ending the 31st day of October,
1987, at and for the agreed total rental of One Hundred Seventy-
Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-t~iine and 12/100 Dollars ($178,2'69.12),
payable as follows:
(a) One Thousand Five Hundred Six and 97/100 Oollars
($1,506.97} per month for the first t~relve {12)
months of the term of this lease;
(b) One Thousand Six Hundred Six and 97/100 Dollars
($1,bOb.97) per month for the second twelve {12)
months of the term of this lease;
(c) One Thousand Seven Hundred Six and 97/100 Dollars
($1,706.97) per month for the third twelve (12)
months of the term of this lease;
