Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority, Paul H.
Laufer and Marian B. Laufex who, being by me first
duly sworn upon oath, depose and say: -
1. That ELSIE M. GERHART in the presence of the Affiants this 24th day~of
February, A.D. 1980, did have that certain Warranty Deed from ELSIE M. GERHART,
to JACK F. GILBERT ~ SOPHIA J. GILBERT, his wife, to which this Affidavit is
attached, read to her and fully explained to her and at that time she indicated
that she understood what the Warranty Deed was and that she so desired to -
execute said Warranty Deed, but was unable to sign her name thereupon, and
thenshe so made her "X" on said Warranty Deed before the affiants herein.
