KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Matthew P. Cunningham,
a single adult
dated May 29th 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 310 on page
998 , securing the payment of the sum of Forty Thousand Five Hundred and No/100-------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------Dollars (S 40,500.00
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in '
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct ,the Clerk of .the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
