South of the Northwest corner of said Goverr~mezit Lot 4, an said West line of
Gaverrment Lot 4, whose bearing is N 00°Ol' W; (1) thence proceed Fast a1 a
bearing of N 89°29' E far a distance of 820.96 feet to a concrete marker;
(2) Th~ce contirn~e on previous line for a distance of .100 feet, mare or less,
to the Westerly shore of the North Fork of the St. Iucie River; (3) 'It~ce
meander said Westerly share in a Southerly direction far a distance of 200
feet, more or less, to a point of intersection of said shore line with a line
parallel to and 200 feet South of the line referred to~in Call No. 1; (4) 1l~ce
proceed West on said parallel line whose bearing is S 89°20' W far a distance
of 68 feet, mare or less, to a concrete u~arker; (5) thence contimne on previous
line far a distance of 922.7 feet to a cornerete marker located on the West
line of said Gavernrent Lot 4; (6) 1t~ence proceed N 00°0' W along said West
line of Governrnnt Lot 4 far a distance of 200 feet to a concrete marker, said
marker being the point of begiuming.
