ORDER DENYING MOTION TO STRIKE
The Motion to Strike filed on behalf of Dr. Balaton.was heard and
considered by the Court on February 20, 1980. This Court after reviewing the

testimony given by Dr. Weingold at the Medical Mediation proceeding and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereupon denies the Motion to Strike.
This Order is a memorandum Order. The Court's decision denying the
Motion to Strike was announced at the conclusion of the Medical Mediation pro-
ceeding on February 20, 1980.
