a Subdivision according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 13, page 6 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named
defendants; and all persons and parties known or unknown,
claiming any right, title or interest in and to the following
described lands located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
