ORDER
Upon Motion of the Husband, ROBERT ALBRITTON, for a stay of this
Court's Order of Contempt, upon information received that the Husband
was involved in an automobile accident on February 25, 1980, and was
injured as a result of said accident, that there will be a time lag in
workman's compensation payments and in PIP payments, that the Husband
t
is otherwise unable to work during his period of convalescence, the Court
otherwise being fully advised of the premises and upon stipulation by
the parties and their attorneys, it is
ORDERED A1~iD ADJUDGED that the Order of Court dated September 27, 1979
is hereby stayed until March 18, 1980;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Husband shall resume making payments
f to the Wife and otherwise complying with this Court's Order of September
27, 1979, beginning ;iarch 18, 1980. _
