ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF FEES '
This cause, having come on to be heard before me, upon
Motion of N. Richard Schopp, Esquire, for payment of fees as
attorney ad litem for the children of the parties, and this
Court having reviewed the file, and the exhibits to said
Motion, it is the finding of this Court that HUBERT V. ATCHLEY,
Husband, is well able to pay for the payment of said fees pending
final order of this Court, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That a reasonable fee for representing the children
of ~
e~ parties up to and including February 1, 1980, is
2. That the Husband, HUBERT V. ATCHLEY shall pay said
fees to N. Richard Schopp, Esquire, at his address which is
Suite 204, Citizens Federal Building, 8410 South Federal Highway,
