THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon motions
for orders of contempt filed by the Petitioner, SUSAN HODGES,
and by the Respondent, BOB LEE MAULDIN, both parties being pre-
sent and with counsel, and upon stipulation and agreement of
counsel and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Motion for Order of Contempt
filed by Petitioner, SUSAN HODGES, is hereby dismissed. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent's, BOB LEE
MAULDIN, Motion for Order of Contempt~is hereby dismissed.
