After due notice by or to all parties affected, a hearing
was held before the Court on March 11, 1980, with respect to
the matters disposed of in this Final Judgment. Upon consider-
ation, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. that the Motion to Tax Costs and
Assess Attorneys' Fees previously filed herein by the Plaintiffs
is granted. The Plaintiffs, MICHAEL A. LOMBARDI adn ROSALIE
A. LOMBARDI, his wife, shall have and recover of the Defendants,
KENNETH JENSEN and WILLIAM ROY DAVIDSON, the sum of $151.60
as Taxable Court Costs, and $1,200.00, representing a reasonable
attorney's fee for the services of VINCENT A. LLOYD, ESQUIRE,
in this matter.
FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE SUMS LET EXECUTION ISSUE.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
