The Court having heard the motion of RITECO
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION for taxation of costs against the
Plaintiffs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDf,ED that said RITECO DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION recover from O_MA JAMES and LUCILLE JAMES, Plain-
tiffs, the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS ($295.00)
costs reasonably and necessarily incurred in prosecution
of the above styled claim against RITECO DEVELOPMENT
