ij in full force and effect. The Defendants, KENNETH JENSEN and

I~I` WILLIAM ROY DAVIDSON, shall be given credit for all mortgage

payments made pursuant to the Mortgage Deed and Promissory
Note to date and they shall commence making monthly Mortgage
payments in the amount of 349.85 with the

4. The Court reserves jurisdiction of the parties
' for purposes of assessing taxable Court costs and a reasonable

attorney's fee for the services of the Plaintiff's attorney the
amount of which to be set at a separate hearing after due
notice to the Defendants.
FOR ALL THE ABOVE LET EXECUTION ISSUE upon expiration
of the time for filing a Motion for New Trial or upon an order
being entered denying such motion in the event one is filed.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort fierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this 1 day of A.D.', 1980.
