line of Lot 7, 40.9 feet to the corner of said Lot 7, thence
run Northwesterly along the South line of said Lot 7, a dis-
tance of 76.1 feet; thence run East to the Point of Beginning;
all lying and being in Block 13; PINEWOOD, according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 24, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
EXCEPTING from-the above described tract, the East 7 feet of
Lots 2, 3, and 4, deeded to the City of Fort Pierce, for
street purposes.
