ORDER
This cause having been presented to the Court on the
Defendant SUNSWEET GROVES, INC.'s, Motion to Disburse the
neposit in the amounts of $54,195.00 as to Parcel No. 101
and $1,510.00 as to Parcel No. 721, and it appearing to
the Court that all interested parties have filed a consent
to the disbursement, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerl: disburse from the
funds deposited by the Plaintiff, with respect to Parcel No.
j lOl the sum of $54,195.00 and with respect to Parcel No. 721

the sum of $1,510.00 to the Defendant, SUNSWEET GROVES, INC.
