SECOND AMENDED ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testinany of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the Petition for Modification of final
judgaent or order on child support shall be and. the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that coeimencing on 4 r ` 1 1~ .
1980, the Father, DAVID BRIGGS ~sha11 pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sud of $ 150.00 * per month each and every
month , plus $2.00 statutory fee, until the remaining arrearage of $555.00
is yaid in full, , which amount shall be resifted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Ninewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT C041RT, and sent to:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he_is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support paysents received frow the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support paysents shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. on this
