and all parties having received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard
testimony ar?d/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
ERICA MICHELLE LITTLE, d.o.b. ~-19-77
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of tt?e Defendant
DAVID REED, JR. , and STARIA LITTLE ,
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
STARIA LITTLE shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is further

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tt~e Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further ordor of this Court ur receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments frog

payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural iaother or
person•having custody of the child(ren); it is further
