ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the teatistony of witnesses and being
otherwise. fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order en child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on /nA,p~,y._/Sl ,
1980. the Father, JOSEPH JEROME HALL , shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the suA of $ 35.00 per week each and every
week plus $2.00 statutory fee,
, which amount shall be rewitted swnthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 uinewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall De made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees nave and Social Security Number and shall
f be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the above-ordered asiounts the

as set forth herein as and for arrearages or past unpaid ci~ild support which is due
and owing in a total amount of $ Said arrearage payments shall continue
until the entire arrearage is fully paid; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received froo the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support pal~nents shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
