THIS CAUSE having come on for trial upon the pleadings filed herein
and all parties having received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard
testimony and/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
RONALD LENARD ALBURY, d.o.b. 3-29-75
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
LEONARD SCOTT , and WANDA DENISE ALBURY ~
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
WANDA DENISE ALBURY , shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is further

Said amount shall be remitted monti~ly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 i~line~od Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJl1DCED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments froo
tl~e Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural Bother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
