filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
ABDULLA CORINE WHITE, d.o.b. 11-7-7.7
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of tine Defendant
JAMES SCOTT a/k/a J C. SCOTT . and BARBARA WHITE
the natural mother; it is further _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
BARBARA WHIT shall leave custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it/i4 further

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
~ P.chsbilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard.
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tl~e Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
herroy ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
tl?e Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall therea[rer be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
