THIS CAUSE having come on for 'hearing on the petition of the DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an assigranent of rights to
child support signed by the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all-parties having received proper notice, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Petition for Child Support shall be and
it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that co~snencing on _ /!')A~rN _ 1980,
the responsible parent DELORES HANNA , who ie the mother
BARBARA OSBORN, d.o.b. 2-3-70; LINDA OSBORN,
of the minor child(ren), to,wit: 9-2-71; PATRICIA OSBORN, d.o.b. 10-23-72;

shall pay to [he Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 25.00 per week each and
every week plus $2.00 statutory fee,
All payments s all be made in cash,
money order or cashiers c ec lI money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the
payees name and Social Security Number and shall be made payable to the CLERK OF THE

Support Department

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Ghild Suprnrt Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and (s)he
is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Respondent
to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this
Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from the Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in ~,rhich event the support payments shall there-
after be directed and payable to the person having custody of the child(ren).
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
19th day of March , 1930.
