testimony and/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the prtmises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
TIMOTHY STEPHEN CAMPBELL, d.o.b. 6-25-71
is are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of tl~e Defendant

the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
VIVIAN REESE , shall nave custody of the said child(ren)
sub,)ect to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is urther

Said aawunt shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Sup}~urt Enfarcerment L•nit, 1327 Winewood °oulcvard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tl~e Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments Eton
ti:e Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
