testimony and/or considered the pleadings. papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
ROMEO LEONOR ANDERSON, d.o.b. 7-26-77; EULA LORRAINE LATRICA ANDERSON, d.o.b.
7-25-76; KENYA ALICIA THOMAS, d.o.b. 8-25-74 -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
PATRICIA ttOBINSON shall leave custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visitation; it is f rther

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is Further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tl~e Clerk cif the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
pawients shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural •other or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DF.FARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, AMENDMENT UNIT, shall aid it is hereby ordered to
