FINAL JUDGMENT This cause caane an far trial the 10th day of Mardi, 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: 'ibis Oourt •has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties: and that the marriage betweP.n the parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOSEPH WINKELMAN and JOANN MARIE WINKELMAN be and the sane is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. f 2. RESTORATION OF NAME: JOANN MARIE WINKELMAN be and she i s is hereby authorized to assume her former name of JOANN MARIE i WEBERPAL and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. - 3.
