FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ day of ~ ,
19$0, and the Court having given full consideration to all the •
evidence, finds and determines: This•Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved.. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between EDNA
LEE SPENCER and CLARK DOWELL SPENCER be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever •
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of KIMBERLY ANN SPENCER, minor child
of the parties is hereby awarded to EDNA LEE SPENCER, as more
.particularly set out in the property settlement agreement (stipula-
tion) admitted into evidence and which is hereby incorporated
herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
3. VISITATION. CLARK DOWELL SPENCER shall have the right
to visit KIMBERLY ANN SPENCER and have said minor child visit with
him in his home on every other weekend. Said weekends to begin
on Friday afternoon at 6:00 p.m. and ending an Sunday evening at
6:00 p.m. In addition, the Husband shall also have the right to
have the child visit with him on alternate major holidays and on
alternate birthdays.
