CIVIL ACTION CASE N0. 79-1291 FR In re: The Marriage of ) STELLA MAE SCOTT, ) Wife, ) FINAL JUDGMENT AND ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE JA?~1E5 SCOTT, ) Husband. ) This cause came on for trial this 10th day of March, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follocas: 1. llISSOLUTIUN OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony _ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DEXTER SCOTT, born July 10, 1967, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to JAMES SCOTT, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to STELLA MAE SCOTT. Custody of TERRY LEE SCOTT, born May 18, 1961, JAMES GLEN SCOTT, born October 22, 1962, ANTHONY SCOTT, born December 16, 1963, and LEE SCOTT, born August 14, 1965, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to STELLA MAE SCOTT, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES SCOTT. 3.
