That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, ADRIENN CHART SANTORO, and Respondent, MARK RAYMOND SANTORO, are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit 1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is ~ for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties ~ are hereby ordered to comply with same. 4. That there is no personal property to be~divided between the parties. S. Restraining Order - Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from inter~ering with, harassing or annoying, the other. 6.
