KILMER, Husband, and 1~ MARGUERITE S. KILMER, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the ~ day of A.D., 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretriev- ably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the marriage between JOHN D. KILMER and MARGUERITE S. KILMER, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and-from the obligations arising therefrom. . I 2. Custody of STARR_L. KILMER, minor child of the j parties, is hereby awarded to MARGUERITE S. KILMER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN D. KILMER. 3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement executed by the parties on the L /~~day of ~~~~tcci , A.D., 1980, and introduced into evidence marked the Husband's Exhibit "A", was freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances it appears from the evidence to be in the best interests of the parties and their child; and in its entirety, the Separation and Property Settlement .Agreement is incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms hK - ~~,~KL~T PACE
