DEBRA LOUISE JOHNSON, Wife,
and
ERIC E. JOHNSON, Husband.
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
This cause came on for trial on the 10th day of March, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to-all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
.hereto and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is, therefore, '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DEBRA
LOUISE JOHNSON and ERIC E. JOHNSON be, and the same is hereby,
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. No rights in and to any personal, real or
mixed property have been presented to the Court for adjudication,
and each party is hereby awarded all such property in his or her
possession as his or her separate property.

3. RESTORATION OF NAME. DEBRA LOUISE JOHNSON be, and she
E is hereby, authorized to assume her former name of DEBRA LOUISE
.0'BRIEN, and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
