DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Husband.
This cause came on for trial the .10th day of March 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE : Tt~e marriage between the a':o~ e
named persons be and the same-is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of SHIRLEY ANN BENBOW, age 16, bron
December 3, 1963, BRENDA LEE BENBOW, age 15, born December 17, 1964,
and JOYCE ANN BENBOW, age 13, born April 29, 1966,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
