MCBRATNEY, Husband, and ELIZABETH ANN MCBRATNEY, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF 1~jtRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial this day of March, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and~the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PATRICK W. MCBRATNEY and ELIZABETH ANN MCBRATNEY be, and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the obligations arising therefrom. - 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor male child, to-wit: PATRICK C. MCBRATNEY, is hereby awarded to the Husband, with reasonable visitation Yights granted to the Wife. The minor child may not be removed from St. Lucie County, Florida during visitation periods by the Wife. 3. 2~lARITAL DEBTS: The Husband shall be required to pay all of the outstanding marital debts. 4.
