FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
TINS CAUSE came on for trial this date, and upon the Default
duly entered against the Husband, and the Court having given full-
consideration to all evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter. of this
suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between
the parties and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TOM F. HARDEN
and GAIL P. HARDEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT. The wife, petitioner,
G11IL P. HARDEN, is granted the permanent care, custody and control
of STAGY MARIE HARDEN, age 4, and DAVID PAUL HARDEN, age 2, the
minor children of the parties. The husband, TOM F. HARDEN, is
ordered to pay to the wife the sum of $35.00 per week per child for
the support of said minor children. The husband is awarded reasonable
visitation rights with said minor children.
3. PROPERTY. The wife is awarded as a lump sum alimony all
of the previously jointly o~,~ned furniture and furnishings of the
parties, and the wife is further granted as a lump sum alimony the
