WAUTERS, Husband FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~rCi. i7 THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ day of , 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hus- band and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. - It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAMELA JO - WAUTERS and RALPH T. WAUTERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ' bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. I 2. PROPERTY. That there is no real or personal property to • be divided by the parties. 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined • ann restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoyint the other. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
