This cause came on for trial the 10th day of February 19 80,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a':o~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2 . CUSTODY : Custody of ALISA M. JACKSON, born May 27, X965, RICHARD R.
JACKSON, born April 6, 1967, TONY L. JACKSON, born June 18, 1968, SYLVIA R. JACKSON,
born September 19, 1969, and KATRINA M. JA(1C.SON, born October 18, 1971,
minor child (ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to I,U(,'y MAE JACKSON.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
