THIS CAUSE having come on for trial the day of March,
1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
'evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdic-
~tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
i
~rel'ation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; ~
land that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
i
!broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon t
i~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between

!IDONNA SUE DeBERRY and ROBERT DeBERRY be and the same is hereby
:dissolved; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
i
'freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~~them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
{ ~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor children, BRANDY LEZGH~

;DeBERRY, born September 20,1975 and CHRISTOPHER ROBERT

;`DeBERRY born May 16,1977 is hereby awarded to the Wife with
;treasonable rights of visitation for the Husband as more fully

;!set forth in the Property Settlement Agreement incorporated
